We ship to all EU countries listed, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

For countries outside the EU, please contact customer support at info@distinct-amsterdam.com if your country is not listed at checkout.

We primarily use PostNL for local orders within the Netherlands. For international orders, we use DHL, DPD, and UPS.

  • Orders in The Netherlands & Belgium:

Orders placed Sunday through Thursday before 23:30 are delivered next day.

Orders placed on Friday before 14:59: delivered next day.

Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 till Sunday 23:30 are delivered on Monday.

  • Rest of EU: 2–3 business days

  • Rest of the world: 3–4 business days

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We cannot guarantee a change of address once your order is placed, please reach out as soon as possible in such cases.

For UK and EU orders, all duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. There are no extra fees on delivery. We comply with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system for VAT obligations for EU buyers, ensuring displayed prices cover VAT and duties.
