What are your shipping charges?

Shipping:

• Free shipping on NL & BE orders
• Rest of EU receives free shipping on orders above €250

Orders outside of EU are charged a flat rate of €15, import duties and taxes to be paid by customer

Delivery:

• Orders in The Netherlands:

Orders placed Sunday through Thursday before 23:30 are delivered next day.Orders placed on Friday before 14:59: delivered next day.Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 till Sunday 23:30 are delivered on Monday.

• BE: 1–2 business days
• Rest of EU: 2–3 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–4 business days

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU countries listed, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

For countries outside the EU, please contact customer support at info@distinct-amsterdam.com if your country is not listed at checkout.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use PostNL for local orders within the Netherlands. For international orders, we use DHL, DPD, and UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery:

• Orders in The Netherlands:

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you the Track & Trace on the day of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?

No, once your order is placed it will be automatically fulfilled by our warehouse. In case you have a wrongful address, please contact our support and we will sort it for you. We reply within 24 hours maximum.

Duties and Taxes

For EU orders, all duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. There are no extra fees on delivery. We comply with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system for VAT obligations for EU buyers, ensuring displayed prices cover VAT and duties.

All orders from rest of the world will pay duties and taxes at delivery.
