What is your returns policy?
In case you need to return a product you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to us receive a returns form.
DISTINCT AMSTERDAM is not responsible for return shipping costs, the customer will arrange the return.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely and correct return of the item.
Returns are only accepted in unused condition with original packaging, only then refund will be transferred.
Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
